Okay, welcome back. So today we're going to use the yoga blocks. These are going to be
our negative absorbers. So we're just going to put one on each side. Put your hands on
top of it. Take a deep breath in. We're going to stretch the head over to the left shoulder.
Focus on the neck and shoulders. This is where we hold all of our attention. So we're just
going to let all of that out. Over the course of our years we have many things that happen
to us that are out of our control. We're often just left with how to deal with these things.
A lot of times we just suppress them. We don't know how to deal with them so we suppress
them. The body reacts to that by causing you pain. So we want to go back. It's more of
a practice of self-awareness and bringing your thoughts to the things that are bothering
you, things that cause you trauma in your childhood and/or everyday life experience.
Everyday something traumatic happens to us so we just want to acknowledge it. But try
to go back to the beginning and just whatever thoughts come up, just let it come out. Think
about it and then just let it go. Push it out, your neck and shoulder down your arm
