I think I'm going to start the morning with a little bit of just warming up our body.

Now we've got to start getting you moving and strengthening your soul.
Just walking it out is not good for anything really.
Now let's pick it up a little bit.
We want to get the legs going.
Pick your legs up.
You can hold your hands here.
Make it a challenge.
If you can't lift your legs up, you know, you're going to have to go fast.
Put on some music that works for you.
Okay?
Just getting those hip joints working a little bit.
Warming them up.
Alright?
Now, we're going to slowly just squat down.
Push through the heels and you're just going to pulse up and down.
Nice deep breaths.
You can keep your hands on your legs or you can correct your posture.

You should feel a little bit of warming in there.
Those thighs are warming up.
