on earth, not to brag. And today is finally Christmas, you guys. Oh my God, what? We don't

seeing that in a minute. But first, we're going to put in the roast. And let me show
you what this is. I have been so excited all week to try this. It doesn't look like much
right now. This is how it comes out of the package. But this is going to be a hazelnut
and cranberry field roast that I heard good things about. And we will see how that comes
out. It's going to be an hour in the oven. I have been waiting all week to try this.
And now we put, we cover it loosely with foil. And the oven is preheated to 400 degrees.
And this is going to go in for an hour total. And we're going to add in some green beans
too. So here we go. There's that. In she goes. Oh wait, did I say an hour? I think it's actually
45 minutes. Yeah, 45 minutes. Oh, and then we remove the foil and do another 15. Okay.

going to say 15 minutes, because I want the green beans to go in towards the end and there
