Good morning everybody. So today I have no sound again so I'm doing another voiceover.
I'm just working out my legs and I'm still a little bit stiff from my stretching for
trying to do the intense stretching for my splits. So I am going to just do some stretching
today. So sit forward, kind of bounce your legs out a little bit. There's no right or
right or wrong way to do this. Just getting the blood flowing a little bit. You can windshield
wiper the legs left and right. Just getting those hip joints moving deep in the sockets.
And you can also windshield wiper your legs left and right. This is a great way to get
your hips moving in the morning. I highly recommend it when you wake up, when you go
to bed, and any time during the day. Windshield wipers are just a really effective way to get
your hips moving.
And we're just going to sit up and twist. Feel a crack in the back there as you adjust. Sit up straight. Deep breath in and out. And windshield wiper on the other side.
Same thing. You should get an adjustment, self adjustment on both sides of your body when you
do that if it needs to adjust. Now I'm going to use my strap and I'm just going to do the
